About me

I trained for four years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, successfully completing the Nutritional Therapy Diploma Course and I am now a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist.

I specialise in weight management, women’s health and gut health. I have strong interest in inflammatory issues, energy and blood sugar balancing.

Every individual is unique, so I provide bespoke plans, tailored to you to your needs to ensure you feel your best and help with any imbalances the body may have.

Each consultation consists of discussing your concerns and getting to know more about your day to day life focusing on diet, exercise and stress factors. Looking at the body as a whole, through evidence based research and taking all factors into account, I will then provide a detailed report of the issue and what can implemented to address your concerns.

If you are struggling with health concerns then please get in touch by email to start your health journey and make some positive changes in your life for a happier future. Always remember health is wealth.

Responsibilities

Patients have one-on-one initial consultations to evaluate their health and obtain a thorough case history from them.

Suggest and evaluate blood testing to look for nutritional deficiencies and anything what could be off balance in the body.

Answer any queries clients may have and describe the physiological effects of complicated biochemical imbalances and dietary deficits

Agree on an individual nutrition and lifestyle plan that will include food advice, possibly together with modifications to lifestyle behaviour and a nutritional supplement plan. Client education about the connection between nutrition and health is facilitated by follow-up review meetings, which track and assess patient improvement.

Where necessary, refer to other medical professionals

Maintain thorough and confidential records and notes for every client.
