About me

I’m a holistic nutrition and lifestyle coach, educational speaker, health writer and corporate nutritionist. I contribute regularly to national magazines in my specialist field of weight loss and fitness. I’m an ultra runner with a passion for supporting women in sport to reach optimal nutrition, to protect their health and enhance their performance.

I offer individual consultations as well as educational programmes for weight loss, fitness and sports performance. I take a scientific-based approach using a range of tools including; nutritional and activity analysis and nutrigenomic DNA testing.

How I can help you

During an initial 75 minute consultation with you I can gain knowledge of your health history, dietary habits and lifestyle and understand your goals. I can then work with you to explore keys areas to change and identify barriers that may get in your way. I’ll then help you to create a plan to improve your health and achieve your goals.

How many consultations you'll need

After an initial consultation I always recommend booking in one or two monthly follow-up 45 minute consultations, these allow us to work together on your plan, they also help to keep you motivated and supported with making nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Where you can find out more

Please take a look at my website to find out more about how I work. Then feel free to call me for a complementary 15 min talk to discuss your health concerns and goals, and find out more about how I can help you. Alternatively send me an email with any questions you have, I'd be most happy to help!

Some kind words from my clients...

“Emma has helped me enormously through her holistic approach, sound knowledge and her ability to motivate me to take on new activities. I can highly recommend the NutriFit programme and there is no exaggeration in saying that it has changed my life!”

Agnieszka Prylinska, Hampshire

"WOW! I have just read through the report. It is mind blowing. I was particularly proud of the muscle gain I can see from the stats. My skin is healing much faster now, and looking a lot smoother. The bruise I had from rowing was gone within a few days. I feel at times like I am exploding with energy! I am completely committed to your approach to nutrition as I can see the differences in my performance when I don’t stick to it…… so it becomes self regulating as a result"

Joanna Hoddinott, Hampshire

"Emma has helped me enormously on my weight loss journey. Her insight and information helped me realise the importance of you are what you eat. Emma is so easy to talk to and non judgemental, she’s persistent and wants you to achieve your own goals and offers so much support."
