I offer personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes for weight-loss, healthy living and sport performance (6-12 weeks). I also offer individual private consultations to support a range of health-related issues.
How I can help you
During an initial consultation (up to 75mins) with you I can gain knowledge of your health history, dietary habits and lifestyle and understand your goals. I can then work with you to explore keys areas to change and identify barriers that may get in your way. I’ll then help you to create a plan to improve your health and achieve your goals.
How many consultations you'll need
After an initial consultation I always recommend booking in 1-2 follow-up appointments (lasting 30-45mins), these allow us to work together on your plan, they also help to keep you motivated and supported with making nutrition and lifestyle changes.

- Assessment of diet and lifestyle based on discussion. Analysis of foods, triggers and symptoms as applicable
- Full nutritional analysis of macro and micro-nutrient requirements
- Full body composition analysis of muscle and body fat percentages
- Goal setting discussed and agreed at your consultation
- Recommendations to optimise your diet and improve your lifestyle based on current guidelines and personal goals
- Meal, snack, food ideas and timings to fit your lifestyle and meet your individual requirements
- Email support to help you with your changes. Up to 2 contacts to be taken between consultations
