About me

Hi, I’m Ellie, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner helping clients to reach their health goals. Like many practitioners, my journey into the world of nutrition began with my own health challenges. Since my teenage years, I had struggled with low mood, fatigue and gut disturbances. This persisted in to my twenties and I often struggled to make sense of the way I was feeling.

I have found nutritional therapy to be an invaluable tool on my own journey to better health and well-being; once we understand what is going on in our bodies, we have the power to nurture our health and change how we feel for the better. I now aim to provide you with the the knowledge, tools and support to improve your own health and well-being, whatever your goals may be. I use an evidence-based scientific approach to assess and identify underlying causes contributing to your health concerns and get you back to feeling your best.

My areas of interest include (but are not limited to):

  •   Supporting mood and mental well-being
  •   Supporting brain/cognitive health & neurodiversity
  •   Female hormonal health
  •   Skin health
  •   Gut health/Digestive disturbances
  •   Energy/Fatigue
  •   Blood sugar regulation
  •   Supporting stress & burnout

I work with a wide range of clients from those looking for support with improving mood, losing weight, managing stress, having more energy & supporting gut health, to those looking for support managing autoimmune conditions.

What to expect from working with me:

  • Comprehensive diet and lifestyle analysis to  understand the root causes of your symptoms/health concerns. This includes exploring your diet and lifestyle, health history, family health history and daily routines.
  • Functional testing (for example, blood tests, stool tests, genetic testing) to assess underlying imbalances driving your symptoms.
  • Test results interpretation and discussion.
  • A personalised diet and lifestyle plan to address your unique health goals.
  • Collaboration with medical professionals involved in your care.
  • Supplement suggestions.
  • Handouts and recipes.
  • Most importantly – support in implementing sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes, allowing for a long lasting positive impact on your health and well-being.
