I am a BANT Registered Nutritionist and I specialise in gut health, nervous system health and hormonal health.

I offer 6 week, 3 month or 4 month programmes, depending on the level of support needed. There is also an option to receive support for an extended amount of time for higher level, long term support.

In my holistic nutrition and wellness coaching programmes we deep dive into the health symptoms you are experiencing. We explore your diet, habits, lifestyle and emotions to find the root causes of your imbalances and unpeel the layers that are impacting you. I then use a blend of nutrition, supplements, breath-work and lifestyle and mindset changes, completely tailored to your needs.

Investment Details:

6 weeks - £555
3 months - £897 or three payments of £299 per month
4 months - £1111 or four payments of £325 per month

  • Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (Distinction) from the College of Naturopathic Medicine 
  • Breath-work Facilitator in training
