The next positively free from and Coeliac support group will be discussing how to prepare a plastic free lunch, by avoiding the pre-packaged products. Members will bring their ideas in for us to talk about.
Coeliac chef and winner (GOLD) of Coeliac UK Eating Out Awards Lorraine King will be demonstrating a sweet potato pastry recipe, and you will get the chance to try it.
Refreshments are available at the cafe, free from and made by Lorraine.
