Nutrition for menopause
This workshop is taking place as part of the Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival 2019. Come along and learn how diet and lifestyle can support you naturally through your menopause journey.
In this workshop, Anita will discuss which foods can help alleviate the symptoms associated with peri-menopause (hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, anxiety, etc) and she will also discuss how you can support your long-term health post-menopause.
Good food choices and the right nutrition is vital at each of the menopause stages - for reducing symptoms and to create hormonal balance during peri-menopause, and to support the whole person post-menopause so they can continue to live and age well.
This workshop will be full of the latest nutrition science, friendly discussion, practical tips, and easy ways to get the nutrients you need into your daily routine.
