It’s never too early…or late to learn about hormone balance. A common myth is that menopause is something you don’t need to worry about until it happens. The truth is hormone levels can start to drift downward from your 30’s. So paying attention and optimising health now can alleviate the sense of feeling overwhelmed later.
Menopause is a time of natural change and a normal part of every woman’s life. Some women sail through the transition with relative ease but for many going through it can be a little like driving on an unfamiliar, twisting road with an unclear destination, experiencing symptoms that range from being uncomfortable to debilitating, such as hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, fatigue, mood swings, depression, dry skin and other physical changes.
