If you're looking to kick-start a healthier lifestyle but don't know where to start this is the course for you!
Over the course of three workshops you'll learn how to adopt healthier eating habits, why food impacts on our health on a physiological level, and you'll be guided through making practical changes that could change your health for the better!
You'll be given food lists, recipes and menu plans to help you along.
This is a metabolic detox. It introduces a completely sustainable healthy eating programme - no fads or gimmicks - you'll be able to continue eating this way long after the 14-day initial programme ends, enjoying some new foods and appreciating the effects of your food on your body.

Dates
The one hour workshops take place at 7pm on Tuesday 28th October and the subsequent two Tuesdays at the David Lloyd club at Raynes Park.
There will be a FREE introductory talk at 7pm on Tuesday 21st October. This is your chance to hear more about the programme and to decide if it's for you. Please book as spaces are limited.
