For October we welcome Nick, founder of award winning MB Farms, who will be guiding us through his 'free from' range of butchery and how he achieves 'free from' purity, especially when preparing gluten free sausages.

Lorraine King of Alsace Baking will be holding a meaty cookery demonstration and sampling using meats from MB Farms.

Victoria Shorland will also be on hand to give us the nutritional low down of a range of everyday meats we consume, especially looking at additives in commercially produced products on the supermarket shelves.

Refreshments are available for you to buy, and we are a friendly group so please do come along.
