A new addition this year is the Eating Happy Marquee with talks, demonstrations and cookery sessions.
Nutritionist Hazel Pelham will be appearing on both days from 12pm. Passionate about making nutrition accessible to all, Hazel will be telling her personal story, discussing food myths and magic and answering your questions.
"I'm delighted to have been invited to this celebration of food and good eating. I love the idea that the benefits of food as medicine can go hand in hand with enjoyable eating. It's important to me to dispel the myth that nutrition means joyless food."
