Wonderful support group of individuals who have a free from diet.

Lorraine King, who runs the gallery kitchen will be on hand to give advice and she will be giving a cooking demonstration. Victoria Shorland (nutritionist) will also be available to answer any questions.

There will cakes and bakes to buy which will be coeliac friendly. Lorraine, as a coeliac herself, is only too aware of the need for a safe kitchen so you can come and enjoy the food without any worries.
