As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a Certified Mind, Body, Nutrition Coach, my passion is to help busy Mums reconnect with real food to achieve optimum energy.
I am based in Worcester Park. I work from a clinic in Raynes Park and I also do home visits in the Wimbledon / New Malden / Cheam / Sutton / Carshalton areas.
I particularly enjoy helping busy women who are keen to rediscover full energy, vitality and a general sense of wellbeing. As well as women's nutrition, I offer home nutrition sessions and cooking lessons for families who are looking for healthy cooking tips for their children and who wish to bring more seasonal and wholesome food on the menu.

Mind Body Nutrition - What is this?
Originated by Marc David, Founder of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, Mind Body Nutrition goes further than classical nutrition by focusing on the interesting connections between brain, body, and behaviour. Marc would say that what we eat is only half of the story of good nutrition. The other half is who we are as eaters. Mind Body Nutrition reveals how stress physiology, the relaxation response, breathing, awareness, pleasure, meal timing, and many more areas, profoundly influence digestion and calorie burning. And it offers practical and results-oriented strategies for the most commonly seen eating challenges and health issues of our times.
What to expect from Nutritional Therapy
Before you book a consultation with me, I will offer you a free 20 minutes chat on the telephone to fully understand your requirements. Once we agree that this is the right approach for you, we will arrange dates for an initial consultation and a follow-up.
During the initial consultation, I will be asking you a series of questions to understand your health history, your current symptoms, diet, and lifestyle. Then we will discuss specific goals you may want to focus on. At the end of the consultation, I will give you a personal plan which will include food to introduce into your existing diet to support particular issues, supplements if appropriate (you may only want to focus on food to start with) and lifestyle advice. We will also discuss whether testing may be necessary.
The follow-up consultation can take place a couple of weeks after the initial appointment or at a later stage depending on the health concerns.
Family Nutrition Coaching and Cooking Lessons

My approach is personal, supportive and tailored to your specific needs.
I enjoy the collaboration with my patients. We agree on realistic steps together and I offer regular support to ensure maximum improvements. This can be done via email or on the telephone depending on your preference. If you would prefer meeting face to face more regularly, this can also be arranged.
I have a particular interest in family nutrition as well as women's nutrition through life stages, weight management, stress management and food sensitivities (including dairy, gluten, and sugar). These are all issues I have had to deal with myself.
I really believe that food can be nourishing and healing. Originally from France, I am a real foodie with an appreciation for locally grown produce. I was lucky to grow up eating fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. I like to follow the seasons with the produce I eat as they are more nutritious. I love inspiring people about good food as well as providing them with the tools to look after their own health.
