Sandrine Olmi DipCNM | Family Nutritionist | MBANT, RCNHC
Hello and welcome,
Are you a woman looking to restore gut health and/or rebalance your hormones the natural way? Perhaps you are a new mum looking for nutritional postnatal support. If so, you are in the right place. Are you perhaps feeling:
- bloated or experiencing discomfort after eating
- tired & lethargic
- fed up of having unpleasant gut issues
- overwhelmed and stressed
- or perhaps your current weight is bringing you down
As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a Certified Mind, Body, Nutrition Coach, I help women with gut health issues address the root cause through drug-free, science-based nutritional recommendations to ease stomach pains and restore general health.
I am based in Worcester Park. I work from a clinic in Raynes Park and I also do virtual appointments on Zoom.
What to expect from Nutritional Therapy
Before you book a consultation with me, I will offer you a free 20 minutes chat on the telephone to fully understand your requirements. Once we agree that this is the right approach for you, we will arrange dates for an initial appointment.
During the initial consultation, I will be asking you a series of questions to understand your health history, your current symptoms, diet, and lifestyle. Then we will discuss specific goals you may want to focus on. At the end of the consultation, I will give you a personal plan which will include food to introduce into your existing diet to support particular issues, supplements if appropriate (you may only want to focus on food to start with) and lifestyle advice. We will also discuss whether testing may be necessary.
Follow-up consultations can take place a couple of weeks after the initial appointment or at a later stage depending on the health concerns.
Mind Body Nutrition - A holistic approach to help you feel better inside and out
I trained with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, and I am now a certified Mind Body Eating coach. This approach goes further than classical nutrition by focusing on the interesting connections between brain, body, and behaviour. Marc David, the founder of the Institute would say that what we eat is only half of the story of good nutrition. The other half is who we are as eaters. Mind Body Nutrition reveals how stress physiology, the relaxation response, breathing, awareness, pleasure, meal timing, and many more areas, profoundly influence digestion and calorie burning. And it offers practical and results-oriented strategies for the most commonly seen eating challenges and health issues of our times.

What my patients say about their experience:
"Three months after following Sandrine's recommendations, my digestion has really improved, without the help of any medications. No more bloating, a drastic reduction of muscle pains and a much better digestion. Thanks again Sandrine." Mrs. C.L.
“My biggest issues were my high sugar and carb intake which was having a dramatic effect on my hormones/PMT. Your diet guidance proved to work wonders and I no longer wish to have sugar as much as I did, Healthier food replacements have been found and I feel great!” Mrs S.S.
"We had a really informative and helpful consultation with Sandrine. She shared some big eye-openers about what our family eats and made some excellent suggestions to reduce our ‘hidden’ sugar levels that we are looking forward to trying. Thank you, Sandrine!" Sarah, Worcester Park.
"Sandrine educated us (family of 4) a lot about nutrition. She showed us easy ways to include more fruit and vegetables in our diet. It was a fun family experience." The Proud family, South London
A little bit more about me
My approach is personal, supportive, and tailored to your specific needs.
I enjoy the collaboration with my patients. As a mum myself, I understand that eating well can be a challenge while juggling with family life, work and anything else life throws at you. Together, we agree on realistic steps and I offer regular support to ensure maximum improvements. This can be done via email or on the zoom depending on your preference. some clients enjoy chatting regularly.
I have a particular interest in family nutrition as well as gut health through life stages, weight management, stress management and food sensitivities (including dairy, gluten, and sugar). These are all issues I have had to deal with myself.
I really believe that food can be nourishing and healing. Originally from France, I am a real foodie with an appreciation for locally grown produce. I love inspiring people about good food as well as providing them with the tools to look after their own health.
