About me

Hello and Welcome,

Helping your child feel better when they refuse to eat can feel overwhelming.

So if you are feeling stuck in a cycle of meltdowns, food refusal, and exhaustion, I'm here to help.

As a mum to a neurodivergent daughter, I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle your child’s complex needs while struggling with your own energy, hormones, and well-being.

Over the years, I’ve blended nutritional science with eating psychology and lived experience to offer something different: a calm, personalised, and deeply supportive approach to family health; one that works when life is busy.

Understanding your child’s nutritional needs and your own can be a turning point.

Let me help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, so you can bring more calm into your home, restore your energy, and feel confident in the way you support your family

I am based in Worcester Park and I work online through a secured and private "online consultation room". I can also meet you in your home if you live in Surrey or South London.

What my patients say about their experience:

" I've suffered with severe hormone issues for years. My energy levels have also been struggling due to a very fast-paced lifestyle with a lot going on. Sandrine has guided me through food, lifestyle and supplement changes to enable me to progress in my journey. If I've had a week where I have struggled with keeping on track, Sandrine is very supportive and understanding rather than making you feel negative which is so important. I feel a lot happier and less reliant on pain killers and I feel encouraged to maintain my new habits with food and self-care. I feel a lot more balanced, calmer, and have learned to be kinder to myself." Reena, 39 yo.

'This is the best investment we have made to support our daughter. Our family wellbeing and dynamic has improved so much. Our home is happy again.' Rose

“My body shape has changed, especially around the middle and I have lost weight. My joints don't hurt in the morning and I have more energy when I wake up. I feel in control of my food choices and am enjoying how and what I eat.” Gemma, 42 yo.

"Three months after following Sandrine's recommendations, my digestion has really improved, without the help of any medications. No more bloating, a drastic reduction of muscle pains and a much better digestion. Thanks again Sandrine." Mrs. C.L.

“My biggest issues were my high sugar and carb intake which was having a dramatic effect on my hormones/PMT. Your diet guidance proved to work wonders and I no longer wish to have sugar as much as I did, Healthier food replacements have been found and I feel great!” Mrs S.S.

"We had a really informative and helpful consultation with Sandrine. She shared some big eye-openers about what our family eats and made some excellent suggestions to reduce our ‘hidden’ sugar levels that we are looking forward to trying. Thank you, Sandrine!" Sarah, Worcester Park.

"Sandrine educated us (family of 4) a lot about nutrition. She showed us easy ways to include more fruit and vegetables in our diet. It was a fun family experience." The Proud family, South London

So, why work with me?

Well, first of all, I have suffered too and it was ruining my life. I have since healed myself from gut and hormonal issues and I decided to make Digestion and Hormones my areas of expertise. Thanks to my training and experience, you will benefit from a unique approach that involves nutrition science as well as a focus on the fascinating connections between brain, body, and behaviour.

Finally, as a SEN mum, I understand that healing your body may seem like a huge task but I am here to guide you along this journey.

As a mum of an AuDHD child, I fully understand how nutrition can be considered as 'too hard to look into'. Let me show you a simpler, more manageable way to approach it.

TESTIMONIALS

"Ignite prepared me for a big operation. I also lost weight which surprised me! It’s definitely changed my outlook on my relationship with food, which is so important what with how your body and brain changes during perimenopause - ignite is definitely a fabulous course, thank you Sandrine!" Emma, Surrey

“Sandrine has helped myself and my children with genetic testing. The tests have empowered us to take control of how we manage our genetic weaknesses. Her very good nutritional advice has also made a big difference to us, and her kind, gentle manner has put us at ease and helped us to make changes to our diets at our own pace.” Inge, Surrey

“Working with Sandrine has definitely changed our lives because now we actually think about what we are putting into our bodies.” Demi, Sutton

"Love working with Sandrine. It’s so inspiring and it reminds you of little things you can add to your meals to ensure it’s as nutritious as it can be and what positive effects it has on your body. It’s very relaxed so you don’t feel overwhelmed and it becomes a way of life rather than hard work" Ruta

"Sandrine has truly changed my life! As a working mum of 3 young kids I was snacking constantly, suffering from sugar crashes and completely shattered every evening.. All I wanted to do after putting the kids to bed was get into my own bed and watch terrible tv until my eyes shut.
I definitely have more energy throughout the day and at night, and a better mood. I even managed to give up caffeine easily, supported by my improved nutrition and diet.
Sandrine is a font of nutrition knowledge and has shared her tips, her recipes and even other life advice (on request!) - she has been such a positive influence on my life!"

- Sarah, South  London

- Cat, South London

"I've seen a big improvement to my overall health since our sessions. While my diet was already good, I'm now putting so much more emphasis on whole foods. Addressing my hormonal imbalance with the supplements has also made me feel more balanced and less hungry generally. This also paired with choosing savoury over sweeter snacks has made a big difference. I also stopped weighing myself all the time, as per your suggestion, and this has had a HUGE impact on my self esteem and body image. I do think I've started to look and feel more like my old self again too. While I felt like I'd stopped making any improvement with exercise when I first contacted you, I've now seen a difference in my weight too."

- Ella, South London -

"Sandrine is wonderful in this field, and has helped me at a time I needed definite guidance and support after receiving a diagnosis of endo. I felt completely at ease, understood and positive that things were going to improve."

- Lucia, South London -

" Sandrine has helped me find purpose and motivation on my journey to learning about the importance of digestive health, taking care of yourself and taking the small steps to get there. Sandrine is kind, understanding and I would recommend her to everyone."

- Jo, Shropshire -

"I would highly recommend the Perimenopause Freedom programme. I was genuinely surprised how my symptoms could be managed / irradicated by making changes to your diet. It was a thoroughly enjoyable (and manageable) programme. I wish I had done it years ago!"

- Lyndsay, Surrey -

"Working with Sandrine was not only beneficial to my health but a great learning experience. Her knowledge and experience helped resolve my digestive health and I'm so happy we were able to work together."

- Clare, Worcester Park -

"Sandrine is brilliant. She doesn't pressure you in any way to make changes but advises with her brilliant knowledge. She has been wonderful to work with and such a lovely lady! Definitely recommend her support."

- Michelle, New Malden -

"Sandrine is incredible. She has such a brilliant understanding of each individual client and has a wonderful manner."

- Lorna, Worcester Park -

"Sandrine is so knowledgeable, supportive and passionate about nutrition and you can genuinely feel how much she wants to help you which is so lovely. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful nutritionist and would highly recommend her to anyone!'.”

- Anne, Stoneleigh -

“The 3-month Ultimate Gut Relief programme has definitely improved my quality of life. Each and every session with Sandrine has been a pleasure. She’s easy to talk to, non-judgemental, and always full of praise. I’ve loved every minute of my journey and can’t wait to carry on with Sandrine as my guide.”

- Inge, Sutton -

"In May 2020 I started working with Sandrine on my gut health. It’s been quite a journey as the tests which Sandrine recommended showed I had multiple issues with my stomach. Sandrine was very supportive in guiding me through the treatment, even when I despaired with the difficulties I was facing at the time. She was very open-minded and did loads of research on some of the less common problems I have. I’ve stuck to the diet that benefits me and continue to do so. Little did I know that an unexpected benefit would be that for the first time in 11 years that I wouldn’t get my seasonal allergies this year. This is huge for me and life-changing. It’s directly as a result of healing the gut over the last year.”
