About me

Hello and welcome,

Are you a woman looking to restore gut health and/or rebalance your hormones the natural way? Perhaps you are a new mum looking for nutritional postnatal support or you are experiencing the first symptoms of Perimenopause. If so, you are in the right place. Are you feeling:

  • bloated or experiencing discomfort after eating
  • tired & lethargic
  • fed up of having unpleasant gut / digestion
  • overwhelmed and stressed
  • perhaps your current weight is bringing you down
  • Or simply fed up with strange hormonal symptoms especially if you are over 35 (could it be Perimenopause?)

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a Certified Mind, Body, Nutrition Coach, I help women with gut and hormonal discomforts address the root cause through drug-free, science-based nutritional recommendations to ease stomach pains and restore general health.

I am based in Worcester Park. I work from a clinic in Raynes Park but I currently run all my work online through a secured and private "online consultation room".

What is included in my packages:

  • 1 initial consultation to assess your health challenges and energy levels
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Weekly follow-up consultations via Zoom or on the telephone
  • Regular support via emails with straightforward nutrition and lifestyle tips
  • Recipe ideas

Mind Body Nutrition - A holistic approach to help you feel better inside and out

I trained with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, and I am now a certified Mind Body Eating coach. This approach goes further than classical nutrition by focusing on the interesting connections between brain, body, and behaviour. Marc David, the founder of the Institute would say that what we eat is only half of the story of good nutrition. The other half is who we are as eaters. Mind Body Nutrition reveals how stress physiology, the relaxation response, breathing, awareness, pleasure, meal timing, and many more areas, profoundly influence digestion and calorie burning. And it offers practical and results-oriented strategies for the most commonly seen eating challenges and health issues of our times.

What my patients say about their experience:

" I've suffered with severe hormone issues for years. My energy levels have also been struggling due to a very fast-paced lifestyle with a lot going on. Sandrine has guided me through food, lifestyle and supplement changes to enable me to progress in my journey. If I've had a week where I have struggled with keeping on track, Sandrine is very supportive and understanding rather than making you feel negative which is so important. I feel a lot happier and less reliant on pain killers and I feel encouraged to maintain my new habits with food and self-care. I feel a lot more balanced, calmer, and have learned to be kinder to myself." Reena, 39 yo.

“My body shape has changed, especially around the middle and I have lost weight. My
joints don't hurt in the morning and I have more energy when I wake up. I feel in control of my food choices and am enjoying how and what I eat.” Gemma, 42 yo.

“Thanks to the Perimenopause Freedom Programme, I have completely changed my diet and I feel so much better. The change in food has really helped with my stress levels and any symptoms of perimenopause seem to have disappeared.” Diane, 50 yo.

"Three months after following Sandrine's recommendations, my digestion has really improved, without the help of any medications. No more bloating, a drastic reduction of muscle pains and a much better digestion. Thanks again Sandrine." Mrs. C.L.

“My biggest issues were my high sugar and carb intake which was having a dramatic effect on my hormones/PMT. Your diet guidance proved to work wonders and I no longer wish to have sugar as much as I did, Healthier food replacements have been found and I feel great!” Mrs S.S.

"We had a really informative and helpful consultation with Sandrine. She shared some big eye-openers about what our family eats and made some excellent suggestions to reduce our ‘hidden’ sugar levels that we are looking forward to trying. Thank you, Sandrine!" Sarah, Worcester Park.

"Sandrine educated us (family of 4) a lot about nutrition. She showed us easy ways to include more fruit and vegetables in our diet. It was a fun family experience." The Proud family, South London

So, why work with me?

Well, first of all, I have suffered too and it was ruining my life. I have since healed myself from gut and hormonal issues and I decided to make Digestion and Hormones my areas of expertise. Thanks to my training and experience, you will benefit from a unique approach that involves nutrition science as well as a focus on the fascinating connections between brain, body, and behaviour.

Finally, as a working mum myself, I understand that healing your body may seem like a huge task but I am here to guide you along this journey.

- Michelle, New Malden -

"Sandrine is incredible. She has such a brilliant understanding of each individual client and has a wonderful manner."

- Lorna, Worcester Park -

"Sandrine is so knowledgeable, supportive and passionate about nutrition and you can genuinely feel how much she wants to help you which is so lovely. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful nutritionist and would highly recommend her to anyone!'.”

- Anne, Stoneleigh -

“I was really suffering from migraines before (ie one every night) and now it’s a rarity. The 3-month Ultimate Gut Relief programme has definitely improved my quality of life. Each and every session with Sandrine has been a pleasure. She’s easy to talk to, non-judgemental, and always full of praise. I’ve loved every minute of my journey and can’t wait to carry on with Sandrine as my guide.”

- Inge, Sutton -

"In May 2020 I started working with Sandrine on my gut health. It’s been quite a journey as the tests which Sandrine recommended showed I had multiple digestive issues. Sandrine was very supportive in guiding me through the treatment, even when I despaired with the difficulties I was facing at the time. She was very open-minded and did loads of research on some of the less common problems I have. I’ve stuck to the diet that benefits me and continue to do so. Little did I know that an unexpected benefit would be that for the first time in 11 years that I wouldn’t get my seasonal hay fever this year. This is huge for me and life-changing. It’s directly as a result of healing the gut over the last year.”
