Nutrition coaching is not about counting calories and making lists of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods. It is about helping you discover the best way to eat for you and your family. It will help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight, maximise your energy and lead your family to better health.
Healthy cooking workshops in the comfort of your own home
Whether you are looking to discover new ingredients, learn to cook with the seasons or try to address a health condition, Savoir Fayre Nutrition can help. In the space of two hours, we aim to show you and your family new foods and quick recipes to incorporate in your everyday life. We choose tasty and nutritious recipes to suit the whole family.
Once you have chosen the workshops that best fit your family's needs, we will agree a date to come to your house and we will send you selected recipes as well as a shopping list.
