About me

Hello, My name is Patrycja and I am a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) with over 8 years of experience in weight management, behaviour change, and health improvement. I specialise in supporting those who want to improve their eating habits, lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle. I help my clients to develop the knowledge and skills to manage their own health and wellbeing. I take a holistic approach and use psychological coaching strategies, such as motivational interviewing, CBT principles and goal setting, to empower my clients to make positive lifestyle changes.

I provide nutritional consultations online or over the phone.

To get started, you can email me to book a free 15-minute discovery call.  This is a chance for you to discuss your health goals. I will tell you if I can help, explain my approach and answer any questions. If you then are happy to work with me, I will set up an initial virtual appointment with you.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
