Ways To Work With Me

Initial virtual consultation: £95 (45 mins)

Getting to know you!

An initial assessment consultation will last about 45 minutes. I will ask you to fill out the client registration form before this session. During our consultation, we will discuss your health goals and we will talk about your eating habits, your lifestyle in general and your current challenges. I will give education, advice and help you create a plan tailored to your lifestyle to support your behaviour change.

Follow up virtual consultation: £45 (30 mins)

Follow up consultations are used to check your progress, support you with your challenges and celebrate your wins. I will help you develop the knowledge and skills to manage your own health and wellbeing.

Follow up consultations can be booked according to need.

Online Coaching: £125 (1 month)

I deliver coaching via a unique one-to-one live video chat (e.g. WhatsApp or Viber) at the very beginning of your journey, followed by video and text-based messaging, alongside education, for the rest of your journey. Online coaching ranges between 1-12 months or longer. I deliver coaching sessions based on your personalised goal-setting outlined in the initial consultation.

General nutrition questions: £30

If you need an answer to general nutrition questions, this option is for you. Sometimes people have a handful of basic nutrition questions that may not need the time/attention of a full session. I can offer a phone call (10-15 min) or we can exchange emails.

Face-to-face appointments

If you live in Cambridge and prefer a face-to-face appointment, I am more than happy to accommodate that. There will be an additional surcharge for face-to-face consultations. Please, get in touch with me to discuss this option and confirm costs.
