About me

My goal is to get clients healthy again quickly and easily by diet, supplementation, herbs and testing. I'm here to support you in making meaningful changes to your diet and lifestyle, so you can feel your best and cultivate a healthier relationship with food. My expertise lies in areas such as disordered eating, balancing female hormones and enhancing fertility.

  • My Philosophy and Approach

I focus on combining Nutrition Science and Behaviour Change Psychology in my practice, with a special look at Women's Health and building a better relationship with food.

  • Your BODY

I use strong evidence from nutrition research, along with important lifestyle factors like exercise, sleep, stress management, and avoiding harmful environmental toxins, to help you reach your personal health goals. By carefully evaluating your current health, I can offer specific, science-based advice to help you start and maintain positive changes in your life.

  • Your MIND

/My experience with clients shows that just knowing what to do isn't enough for lasting health improvements. Our feelings and thoughts often control our food and lifestyle choices. I use Behaviour Change Psychology to supports you in making decisions that align with your values, promoting actions that support your well-being, instead of just following advice because you feel you should.

Do you read any of these and thinks "that's me!"?

I'm passionate about exploring the intricate interplay between nutrition, lifestyle, and female hormones, examining how our mind, gut, hormones, and immune system interact. While women are often seen through a health lens similar to men, our unique needs extend beyond reproductive organs. Supporting hormonal balance and understanding how our menstrual cycle affects gut movement, energy levels, and nutrient requirements are just a few vital considerations.
