We understand how confusing it can be to find nutrition information that is accurate and trustworthy. This is why we include those working in the nutrition industry today in the creation of our information. 

When we create an information page, our editorial team is diligent and thorough with their research. We also recognise the benefits of having a trained professional check our work. When an expert reviews our information, they can tell us if any information is inaccurate, outdated and/or is missing anything. This allows us to hone and refine what information we publish.

New research means things can change in the nutrition world quickly. By collaborating with professionals working with clients day-to-day, we can be sure to stay on top of industry changes and offer relevant guidance to readers.
