Zannie Krogh, Reg. Nutritional Therapist, Dip CNM, mBANT
About me
I am a fully qualified, registered Nutritional Therapist with clinics in Greenwich and Catford.
I am passionate about educating and supporting my clients to reach their goals of achieving better health and well-being with realistic long-term solutions. I work to find the underlying cause of the issue my clients present with by looking at both their diet and lifestyle to resolve and restore health.
I see clients with a range of health complaints including gastro-intestinal disorders, low energy and stress. I also work with many women who have issues related to hormonal health and thyroid problems.
Through a thorough dietary analysis and 1-2-1 consultation I create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan. Each protocol include recipes and handouts specified to my clients needs.
I run regular health workshops in SE London in partnership with Yoga House London and Greenwich Fitness and Pilates.
I offer all new clients a no obligation, free 15-minute discovery call. This session is a chance for you to tell me more about your symptoms and what you wish to achieve and I can explain how I work and what I can do to support you to reach your goal.
