About me

Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting diet advice? Unsure about where to start?

I’m here to provide clear, evidence-based guidance—no fads, just personalised nutrition that works for you.

I am a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist based in London, offering both face-to-face consultations in Greenwich and near Monument/City, as well as online sessions.

I support individuals with a variety of health concerns, including low energy and fatigue, stress, weight management, and hormone-related symptoms.

Through a comprehensive dietary analysis and one-to-one consultations, I create tailored nutritional programmes that are realistic, achievable, and designed for long-term results. Each programme is fully personalised, including recipes and resources to suit your specific needs and circumstances.

Following the consultation, I remain closely involved with my clients, offering ongoing guidance and online support whenever needed, to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.

At my clinic, I use evidence-based nutritional science to enhance your health and well-being. By addressing the root cause of your health concerns, I consider both your diet and lifestyle to support you in restoring and optimising your health.

I offer all new clients a no obligation, free 15-minute discovery call. This session is a chance for you to tell me more about your symptoms and what you wish to achieve, and I will explain how I work and what I can do to support you to reach your health goals.

I run regular health workshops in person and online - and I am a founding member of an expert advice and support group for menopausal women.
