About me

Hello, I’m a HCPC Registered Dietitian and Full BDA Member specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating. I’ve supported a wide range of clients and their families in both the NHS and private practice, offering compassionate guidance at every stage of recovery. I also work with clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, from improving energy, weight loss, digestive health and general healthy eating.

I take a holistic, integrative approach, blending evidence-based nutrition with mindful and intuitive eating strategies, somatic awareness and practical guidance for disordered eating, weight management and overall wellbeing. My aim is to help you reconnect with your body, feel more at ease around food and make nutrition changes that are realistic and sustainable.

I want each session to leave you feeling heard, supported and equipped with practical strategies, rather than pressured or judged.

How Sessions Work
Your sessions are tailored entirely to you, in a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your nutrition and wellbeing.

Most clients start with hour-long sessions, where we take time to understand your current habits, challenges and goals. Together, we’ll co-create a personalised nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and supports your long term health and wellbeing.

As your plan progresses, many clients schedule shorter review sessions to check in and fine-tune strategies based on what's working best for them. Review appointments are offered towards the end of treatment and are designed to help you stay on track, feel supported and maintain the changes you’ve worked hard to achieve.

Discovery Call
If you’re unsure whether I can help, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where you can share what’s going on, ask any questions and explore how working together might support your goals.

You don’t have to face this alone, reaching out is the first step towards feeling more in control with your nutrition and relationship with food.
