About me

I am a registered dietitian working within the NHS. I am mostly focused on addressing chronic conditions through nutrition, which led me to complete a Master's in Public Health and Chronic Diseases in France and work in nutrition research at King’s College London.

Whether you're managing IBS, type 2 diabetes, cancer, weight concerns, or simply looking to build a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to provide expert dietary support tailored to your needs.

I offer consultations in English, French and Arabic.

Feel free to get in touch with any queries.
