Hi, I’m Tara Bruni, a Diabetes Specialist Dietitian, and I’m here to help you take control of your health with confidence and clarity.

Award Wining, BDA & HCPC Registered Diabetes Specialist Dietitian with nearly 10 years working in diabetes.
I worked in leading organisations such as Bupa and Xyla in the private sector. I also worked at King Health Partners' NHS in London, the leading hospital for diabetes in Europe.
I've witnessed firsthand the impact that type 2 diabetes can have on people. It's a condition that truly takes a toll.
I’ve helped shape national initiatives like the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme and NHS Diabetes Remission Programme.
My contributions have been recognised at Diabetes UK Conference, where I’ve presented my research and won an award for my work.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
