About me
As a nutritional therapist, I can help especially by combining nutritional therapy with therapeutic water fasting. Doing so can help shift health forward when nutritional therapy alone seems to have reached an impasse.
This article from my website explains in greater depth: https://waterfasting.org/nutritional-therapy-and-fasting-why-they-complement-each-other/
Therapeutic fasting also means that the number of supplements can often be kept to a minimum, with the nutritional focus concentrating on pure food. In this respect, I do not follow any dietary dogma or recommend any single particular diet, but rather work with the client around their unique needs and issues. Therapeutic fasting can also allow the client to tune in more closely to their body's nutritional needs, with less interference from emotional cravings.
I work with clients suffering from a range of chronic health issues, including: digestive and gut problems, SIBO, post-viral illness and Long Covid, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, metabolic and hormonal concerns, reproductive health problems and a wide range of other long-standing health concerns as well.
I work internationally online and in person locally in the Bath UK area.
