Sonal is a Nutritional Therapist and wellness coach for young professionals and those interested in fitness, weight loss or weight gain. She also specialises in vegan, vegetarian diets, dairy and gluten free diets. Also sugar free diets! Sonal understands the nutrients required on all these diets and has worked with athletes on improving their endurance, stamina and recovery time.After a first degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from Nottingham University, in 2009 she completed a second degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster. Giving her extensive knowledge of how the body works at a biochemical level and a concrete understanding of nutritional sciences.
Sonal adores talking to people from all walks of life and runs independent nutrition workshops. She gets regular invites to make guest appearances on radio and TV to talk about her work. With a flair for writing she currently writes nutrition and health articles for various organisations and publications.
Sonal practices from two clinic locations in London. Central London (W1H 7AB) adjacent to Marble Arch tube station and in S.London, Croydon.
