About me

I am the director and brains behind Synergy Nutrition. Over the last 15 years I have assisted thousands of individuals with improving their health. I am a gut health expert, sports nutritionist and specialist in plant based diets. As a well known media nutritionist I regularly contribute to publications in print and online. Featured in: The Metro, Yahoo,Women’s Fitness, Men’s Heath, Women’s Health to name but a few. She is on the expert panel for Happiful Magazine and expert guest on radio & TV. To find out more her view the Media Page. https://www.synergynutrition.co.uk/media2/

My journey to becoming a therapist began since I was a child. At the age of twelve I was reading books on health, nutrition and spirituality, well ahead of my time. Little was I aware that my childhood interests would later become my career! I adored science and biology in school and went on to study a first degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from Nottingham University, followed by a second degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster, graduating in 2009. In 2013 I completed a PTLLS teaching training diploma from City & Guilds. I keep my knowledge up to date so I can best help my clients and share my wisdom with them. Sometimes the body can be healed energetically and I use my spiritual gifts to accelerate balance in my clients. I am also a trained Reiki-Seichem practitioner, IHM therapist and Thai massage therapist from Chiang Mai.

I look forward to having you onboard Synergy Nutrition!

Sonal practices from two clinic locations in London. Central London (W1H 7AB) adjacent to Marble Arch tube station and in S.London, Croydon.
