Hello and welcome to my profile.
I am a highly qualified Nutritional Therapist with a background in medicine. A long career working as a physician brings many skills and broad clinical experience to my nutritional therapy practice. I hold MSc in Medical Sciences which enables me to combine an evidence-based approach with my clinical knowledge.
Since graduating with BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy I have worked in my private practice in Central London (Waterloo, London Bridge, City)
I have experience working with young and middle age, busy professionals who often feel stressed and tired, unable to lose weight, can't perform at their best, experience disturbed sleep, gut problems, allergies or food sensitivoties. I really take the time to design a highly personalised, safe and effective diet & lifestyle plan to help with my clients' unique requirement.
What my clients say:
'Life changer! I have met Simona through a recommendation from a work colleague and I can tell you it has changed my life. My initial visit has been to work out stomach issues I was experiencing (even though I considered my life style healthy and right diet) for what felt like forever. Simona has carried out blood tests for over 150 different food intolerances which highlighted few issues that I would never even thought of myself (still all healthy foods). After changing my diet with Simona's guidance and a few gentle lifstyle changes I am happy and healthy, no longer experience stomach issues as before and thanks to knowing what was the route cause of my problem I can monitor it. My energy level is better balanced during the day and my skin cleared up. I am hugely grateful to Simona and I cannot recommend her highly enough for her services. Thank you Simona.'
G.B, Young Professional, London, City
'Simona displayed high levels of knowledge, understanding of my problem, and professionalism. I suffered badly with my bowels post a bad infection following a terrible amoebic dysentery episode during my travels to Asia. I have seen a number of gastroenterologists who recommended I consult a nutritionist. I chose Simona due to her medical background and kind flexibility in adjusting her schedule to fit in with my hectic timetable. I am hugely grateful to Simona and I cannot recommend her highly enough for her services. A few months on, after a course of supplements and adjusting my diet, I feel refreshed and my bowels are happy! I continue seeking Simona's advise for general health and maintenance. Thank you Simona for turning things around for me'.
S.G, Consultant Psychologist, London, City
'Simona has been fantastic in helping me with my cholesterol problems and also to lose weight. She wrote out a specific food plan for me to help reduce my cholesterol, which my GP was very happy about. My weight has always been up and down but with her help, I have now lost 10kgs and I have never been happier. She has taught me how to maintain my weight now so that it does not go up again. Thank you Simona'.
M.P, Childminder, London, Chelasea
'Simona's services, support and guidance have helped me put an end to decades of gut issues. Where all treatments failed, Simona identified the problems and taught me how to change my behaviour rather than seek a resolution from products etc. The results have been life changing and no unnatural measures were required. Simona's professionalism and approach were exactly what I needed. I could not recommend her services more.'
M.C, Project Manager, London, City
'Simona was indisputably a massive help to me. I suffer from severe hypothyroidism (common signs are fatigue, weight gain and feeling depressed) and got referred to her. Her experience as a nutritionist was invaluable, and the fact that she could understand what I was going through was a massive, added bonus. Simona took the time to learn who I was as a person, learn about what I wanted and needed and gave me a solution that was massively suited to my body. I gradually started losing weight and my energy levels increased. Her professional expertise and her caring nature as a woman were just what I need. I would definitely recommend her as a go-to woman in all nutrition and health-related issues. Her suggestions have given me my energy and health back and I can’t say ‘thank you’ to her enough times.
