About me
I’m a registered nutritionist who takes a personalised, whole-person approach to helping people get to the root causes of their long-term health concerns. I work with clients to understand their individual symptoms, lifestyle, diet and overall health, before creating practical, tailored recommendations that feel achievable and sustainable.
Through one-to-one consultations, I provide personalised nutritional guidance, support and education to help you better understand your health and make positive changes that fit naturally into your everyday life. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to take an active role in your wellbeing and ultimately feel healthier, more balanced and supported.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Diploma in Nutrition and bring 11 years of experience working with clients on a one-to-one basis. My background has given me a strong understanding of the importance of listening, building trust and taking the time to understand each person as an individual.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
