About me

Welcome to Sandra Todd Nutrition

I am a BANT and CNHC registered MSc Nutritional Therapist, fitness instructor and health coach. I specialise in helping midlife women to feel good about themselves, to get the life back like they used to have and finally feel good in their own skin and feel like themselves again.

My work involves getting to the root cause of your symptoms and helping you to optimise your health and wellbeing naturally, through diet, lifestyle and supplement adjustments. I look at the individual holistically to create a health plan that covers all aspects and depending on the client's health history further private testing may be recommended.

All consultations and testing can be in person in Stourport on Severn, Bromsgrove or Kidderminster, Worcestershire; or via remote so I can help anyone anywhere in the UK. I also offer home visits within Worcestershire for those who would prefer face-to-face but find it difficult to commute to my clinics.

Nutrition is not "One size fits all"
My mission when working with clients is “Nutrition is not a “one size fits all” and must fit in with their current life challenges as well as food and lifestyle dislikes, (I am not going to get you to eat lettuce or even sprouts if you don’t like it!) I am passionate about finding a way that fits in with the client to help improve their quality of life and get their mojo back”.

I started in the fitness and nutrition business back in 2006 when I struggled with my weight. Due to my success, I wanted to help others find their goal so went on to gain a master’s in exercise and nutrition science back in 2012. Through experience with working with clients, I was still hungry to learn more to support different health conditions and to find out why some dietary approaches just don’t work for everyone. That is when I went on to study for a master’s degree in nutritional therapy in 2017. I specialised in midlife because this is an area I am fascinated with, due to the fluctuating hormonal changes, and currently approaching this life stage within my own life and want to be ahead of my own personal journey.

Optimise your nutrition and discover a happier & healthier you.

I specialise in a range of different health conditions with a particular interest in helping midlife women in:

  • Gut health
  • Blood sugar balance
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Weight loss
  • Fatigue
  • Brain fog
  • Low mood

Testimonials

"Doing the 1-2-1 with Sandra has been great. She pushes me just enough to make me do things, but never too much. I’m amazed at how I enjoy doing my exercise plan every day. It’s so much better than going to the gym. Also being accountable for what you’ve done the past week, and not hiding in a group has definitely worked for me."
Wendy Woodward, Stourport on Severn

"Sandra is insightful and non-judgmental"
Sandra is very informative, and her delivery of information proves insightful. She is very engaging and listens to individuals' experiences and circumstances. She has a non-judgemental approach to advising all concerned. The courses she runs are fun and aimed at all levels. I would highly recommend using her.
Diane Graham, Kidderminster

HIGHLY MOTIVATIONAL!
“Sandra is highly motivated very helpful with anything you ask she is always there for you, a very positive person she will always do her best for you, she has exceptional knowledge”.
J.S.B, Blakedown

"I've lost weight and feel more energised!"
“I was struggling not to put on weight after having an injury that prevented me from exercising regularly and I felt sluggish and tired. Joining the group and getting weekly support from Sandra and listening to the struggles that others were having, helped me reset my eating and as a result, I have lost weight and more importantly feel more energised than before. It’s much harder to stick to an eating plan on your own and I would recommend joining the group”.
C.R, Kidderminster
