About me

Sandra COHEN helps women in their 40's who are tired and frustrated for no apparent reason. She help them understand the root cause of their symptoms to regain their energy and their Mojo, so they perform better in all areas of their life.

Sandra Cohen is an IFMCP-certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Nutritional Therapist, Kinesiologist and coach registered with BANT, CNHC and the Kinesiology Federation. Founder of Aura & Meta, she supports clients across the UK, France, the Middle East and Asia through a deeply personalised, root-cause approach to health.

Her work brings together evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, nutrigenomics and energy medicine to explore the interconnected nature of the human body. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, Sandra looks at the wider picture: the relationship between hormones, digestion, metabolism, immune function, environmental influences, emotional patterns and nervous system regulation.

Drawing on years of clinical experience with hundreds of clients, Sandra has developed a unique holistic framework that combines science-backed nutritional therapy with kinesiology and mind-body work. She also draw insights from nutrigenomics, using DNA testing to tailor personalised strategies. This allows her to assess not only physical and biochemical imbalances, but also the emotional and energetic patterns that may be contributing to chronic symptoms or holding a person back from deeper healing.

Sandra has a particular interest in women’s health, fertility, midlife hormone transitions, digestive health, fatigue, cardio-metabolic wellbeing and complex multi-system presentations. She also supports women using GLP-1 medications who are seeking structured diet and lifestyle guidance to protect digestion, muscle mass, nutrient status, energy and long-term metabolic resilience. In addition, she has undertaken specialist training to support clients who wish to reduce proton pump inhibitor medications such as omeprazole, always alongside appropriate medical guidance.

Sandra is also a teacher of Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology in London, a modality that blends Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic principles and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology. Before relocating to the UK, she spent six years in Hong Kong as a practitioner in some of Asia’s largest holistic medicine and kinesiology clinics, giving her work an international and culturally informed perspective.

Testimonials

I began my program with Sandra during a very chaotic and uncertain period of my life. From our first session, I felt confident, with the feeling that this time I would truly be supported, listened to, and guided through this winding journey of long COVID. Our sessions are very informative, the explanations are clear, and the protocols make sense, like puzzle pieces coming together bit by bit. The app allows Sandra to follow me in detail and refine recommendations, and allows me to measure my progress, my ups and downs, and to have a complete overview of my physical and mental health, nutrition management, and lifestyle management. I contact Sandra in case of difficulty and she adjusts my path when necessary, guides me, and answers my questions. I've learned to change my eating habits and enrich my meals, to eliminate sugar and snacks, without feeling hungry or having cravings all day long and managing my daily energy much better. The crises are now spaced out, with a stable improvement in my overall condition: More vitality More confidence More sharpness of mind More energy After a year and nine months, for the first time, I'm thinking about the possibility of future healing or spaced-out crises with a "normal" life in between. Dear Sandra, thank you for accompanying me during this period of my life, for providing stability in instability, for your professionalism, sharing your knowledge, open-mindedness, and patience. I.L

I consulted Sandra for gut issues, xxx, low energy and some body pains. Through a mix of nutritional therapy and kinesiology sessions, Sandra managed to tailor make a nutritional plan and supported me feeling calmer and reduced my debilitating pain. I highly recommend her as she found what was the source of all my symptoms despite seeing several doctors. Thank you Sandra! M.N.T

Sandra is an expert in what she does and I highly recommend working with her. I have suffered with xxx and seasonal affective disorder and she has helped me throughout my journey over the years. My energy levels today are nothing compared to when I first started working with her! E.T

I went to see Sandra after months of poor energy, xxxx and a general sense of discomfort in my body. Sandra was thorough, attentive and considerate. She was able to pinpoint where the issues were stemming from, and to explain it to me in easily understood language. A couple of months later my symptoms have greatly subsided, my mood has improved and I continue to benefit from the treatment plan. I would highly recommend Sandra to anyone who would like to live with better health and vitality. M.N

Sandra has a very warm and approachable personality and has helped me deal with my personal and health issues. These were causing mental blockages leading to physical ailments. I have managed to see my problems more clearly and deal with them. The nutritional advice has been very helpful in addressing, correcting and rebalancing my system to work more efficiently. I would highly recommend Sandra for her knowledge and expertise in her field. R.M

Sandra is an excellent nutritional therapist - I'm a middle aged man and through Sandra's lab testing and nutritional programme I fully reversed a fatty liver, in addition to ending up in the best shape of my life, both physically and mentally. I also had some incredibly insightful and deeply relaxing kinesiology sessions with Sandra that complemented the nutritional therapy. Would highly recommend if you want to get your mid-life back on track. S.N

I am delighted to share my experience with Sandra, a phenomenal nutritional therapist and kinesiologist. Since October, Sandra has been instrumental in helping me conquer xxx through personalised dietary plans and supplements. As a ^^^^-based college student, her approach not only alleviated my xxx but also boosted my energy levels, enhancing productivity. Sandra's dedication, tailored solutions, and genuine care make her an exceptional wellness partner. I highly recommend Sandra Cohen to anyone seeking transformative and personalised health solutions. She has been a game-changer in my journey to well-being. E.S
