It's amazing to give people the tools they need to take charge of their basic health, knowing that they have the necessary knowledge to transform their own lives.
Bespoke consultations are offered, including diet & lifestyle protocols and recommendations for supplements and laboratory testing (if applicable) These are catered to help to guide you in the right direction to make beneficial changes to your health.
Samuel James Nutritional Therapy works with clients with multiple health concerns, including; Autoimmunity, Weight Loss, Gastrointestinal Issues, Cardiovascular health and more.
As someone who suffered with gut related health conditions in the past and having worked with multiple clients with similar issues, I believe it to be of paramount importance to our clinic. With research backed protocols, we will work with you to better understand one of the most important areas of your body, the gut; which includes multiple organs involved in processes ranging from; digestion, to detoxification and mental health.
Other than helping your body through a disease state, focus is made to disease prevention; this can be much more effective in the long term.
You will receive guidance and education to allow you to take control of your basic health.
Online consultations are offered on Zoom or Skype. Bookings can be made through the website - Samueljamesnutrition.co.uk - and payments can be made via PayPal.

Training, qualifications & experience
College of Naturopathic Medicine CNM) Diploma - Nutritional Therapy - 3 Years
Over 2 years working in a clinical environment
Experience working as a teacher - this greatly benefits my clients, as nutritional therapy is heavily based on educating you, the client, to help assist you in better understanding how your body works. This is very important in the long term, as the aim is for you to start to take charge of your individual health, without the need of assistance.
Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
