About me

I am passionate about improving the health of the public through diet and lifestyle advice and have worked in various settings with clients providing them with the support they require to achieve a healthier lifestyle. My passion in this area developed from my love of food and cooking and discovering the importance of nutrition in preventing and curing disease.

I have over 10years experience training and working in the field of nutrition and health; and am accredited with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) as a Registered Nutritionist.

My training enables me to provide evidence based information and follow the Department of Health guidelines about the impact of food and nutrition on health and wellbeing.

Moreover I am able to help clients separate fact from fiction in the arena of nutrition and health.

I am currently studying for a Masters in Human Nutrition and Public Health/Sports Nutrition.
