About me
Hi, I’m Rosie, a registered Nutritional Therapist working with women to regain their energy, balance their hormones, and feel their best.
Does this sound like you?
- You desperately want to balance your hormones - whether you’re navigating hormonal shifts, trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum.
- You’re a busy mum who constantly feels exhausted, no matter how early you try to get to bed.
- You’re an active woman into your fitness, but you aren't quite sure how to make your nutrition properly support your goals.
If this is you, you’re ready to regain your energy, feel strong, and balance your body without restrictive diets and with dedicated 1:1 support.
The Real-Life Struggle
Navigating your nutrition as a busy woman can feel totally overwhelming. While you’re juggling a packed schedule (and often managing your family’s routine too), it’s easy for your own health to take a back seat.
Do these sound familiar?
- You spend all day making sure everyone else is fed, organised, and happy, yet you survive on coffee and leftovers.
- You’re so busy that you end up grabbing quick, sugary snacks for an energy boost - only to crash an hour later.
- You want to exercise, but you just can’t find the energy; when you do make it to the gym, you feel completely wiped out after.
- You’re training consistently, but seeing no progress.
- You’re suffering from hormonal imbalances and are desperate to work with your body rather than against it.
You don't need a restrictive, one-size-fits-all meal plan that adds to your mental load. You need a realistic, science-backed approach that actually fits into real life.

Client Testimonials
"I asked Rosie for some help with my eating habits, as I’d been struggling with skipping meals, snacking on less nutritious foods and then reaching for chocolate when I was hungry. I’d found myself putting all my focus into making sure my son was fed and looked after, and often forgetting to eat properly myself. This had started to affect my mood, and with a baby due in a couple of weeks, I was really worried about how I was going to manage my diet and eating habits after giving birth.
From the beginning, Rosie was so warm and approachable, and I immediately felt that I could be completely honest about what I was eating without feeling judged about my terrible diet! She listened to what I was struggling with and gave me lots of practical ideas that felt realistic rather than overwhelming. We talked about planning meals in advance, being more organised each week, batch cooking and some easy recipes to try that also incorporate my gluten free diet.
Even after just one session, I’ve already made some changes. I’ve tried a few different breakfast ideas and I’m feeling much more nourished than I was when I was surviving on a bowl of Rice Krispies!
I’d definitely recommend Rosie to anyone who wants some support with their nutrition. I went into the session feeling quite embarrassed about my eating habits, and came away feeling much more positive and, importantly, like I had some practical things I could actually do. I’m really looking forward to putting more of her advice into practice over the next few weeks, and am much less worried about my postpartum diet!" - M

"I can’t thank Rosie enough for the time, care and effort she has put into helping us prepare for our fertility/IVF journey so far.
I came to Rosie wanting to optimise my nutrition in the three months leading up to IVF, but I’ve come away with so much more than I expected. I absolutely love that I now have a much better understanding of not only nutrition for TTC, but also how to fuel my exercise, support my cycle, improve my sleep and generally feel my best.
The whole process was so easy and personalised, starting with a food diary and questionnaire, followed by an initial online consultation. Rosie took the time to really understand my lifestyle and goals and, rather than simply giving me a list of foods to eat or reduce, she explained the science behind her recommendations. I didn’t feel like was being restricted, but instead given ideas of foods/supplements to add in, enhance and support. I’ve come away with practical tools and knowledge that will allow me to make informed choices.
Rosie also made recommendations to support my partner, and talked us through ways we could reduce our exposure to BPAs.
I’m only one week into making the recommended changes, but I’m already noticing a difference. In particular, I’m feeling much less tired around my exercise routine.
What I’ve really valued is that Rosie asked if certain recommendations would be achievable and if not came up with other solutions. Also working with me to reframe some of my warped beliefs behind food and exercise!
Thank you, Rosie, for sharing your knowledge. We’re so grateful to have had your guidance as we prepare for IVF. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rosie to anyone looking for personalised fertility and nutrition support." - A

"I came to Rosie to better manage hormonal imbalances after having a baby. I had issues with my skin, mood swings and subfertility which meant I had needed fertility treatment. I was keen to get a better handle on my hormones. Rosie first gave me a really clear explanation how I might be able to balance my hormones through lifestyle changes. Helpfully, her treatment plan was realistic for a busy, pescatarian, breastfeeding mum struggling with lack of sleep! It was not about changing my life but working out how to make sustainable and impactful changes. Rosie also provided recipes and meal suggestions to boost my confidence.
Following Rosie’s plan/advice I felt a noticeable reduction in mood swings and hunger pangs. Two years on I am so much more in tune with my body and confident about making nourishing choices. Thank you, Rosie!" - K

"I approached Rosie because I wanted to keep my skin looking and feeling good after finishing Accutane and learn how to eat in a way that actually supports my strength training. I always thought I was eating “healthy” and that my plates were balanced, but they weren’t. I didn’t realise how much that was affecting my skin, my training, and my energy levels throughout the day.
Rosie was amazing. So warm and approachable, she explained everything clearly and without any judgement. She taught me the facts behind proper fuelling, how nutrition impacts skin health, and how eating the right foods consistently throughout the day keeps your energy stable. It felt like learning how to eat my skincare! With Rosie’s help I now know how to keep my skin clear and healthy from the inside out while also fuelling my training sessions properly.
I had nutrition plans created which were tailored specifically to me, and if I had a concern or something I wanted to focus on, Rosie would adjust this for me. I also had help with batch cooking recipes for the gym so I could stay consistent during busy weeks at work.
My meals are actually balanced now, my energy stays steady all day, my training feels stronger, and my skin still looks great (which is something I never thought I’d say). I’ve learned so much more than I expected, and I feel really confident in how I’m eating. I couldn’t recommend her enough!" - T
