About me
Hi, I’m Rose, a Registered Nutritionist (AfN) with a specialist focus on women’s hormonal health. I’m passionate about helping women feel more connected to their bodies and empowered in their health choices through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support.
I founded my private practice to support women through key life stages including puberty, fertility, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and beyond. Many of my clients come to me experiencing challenges such as low energy, mood swings, irregular periods, PMDD, digestive discomfort, hot sweats or sleep disturbances and are looking for clarity and confidence in how nutrition and lifestyle might help.
With a strong evidence base behind everything I do, I work in partnership with you to explore your symptoms, understand your goals and create sustainable strategies that work for your life. I also offer support for those interested in fertility awareness or navigating dietary approaches such as low FODMAP.
I provide a warm, supportive space to talk through your concerns with the reassurance that all advice is grounded in science and always mindful of when medical input may be needed. I offer flexible appointments and a free introductory call to help you decide if we’re a good fit.

Training, qualifications & experience
My academic background includes a BSc in Nutrition, and I have completed additional training in areas such as fertility awareness, hormone health, digestive health and the low FODMAP diet. I regularly update my knowledge through continued professional development, attending seminars and courses that focus on women's health, menstrual cycle education and lifestyle medicine.
I have worked with a wide range of clients through both one-to-one consultations and group education, supporting women through life stages such as puberty, preconception, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and perimenopause. I also collaborate with schools, workplaces and health professionals to deliver education and support on nutrition and hormone health.
My approach combines science with compassion. I focus on listening to your experience, understanding your needs and supporting you in making informed choices that feel realistic and sustainable.
