About me
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a member of the British Association For Nutrition And Lifestyle Medicine and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I have over 14 years of clinical experience. I provide one-to-one, face-to-face and remote personalised nutrition consultations. I offer continuous and ongoing support throughout the programme and personalise the plans to your requirements. My mission is to improve your health by supporting you to make effective, personalised dietary and lifestyle modifications that are evidence-based. I take a friendly, sensitive, and holistic approach, following a functional medicine model that helps identify biochemical imbalances and the root causes of your health issues.
Throughout the programme, you will learn more about food and how to manage your diet and lifestyle effectively. When you complete the programme and improve your health, you will feel positive and more confident about taking control of your health. I also offer group programmes and diet and lifestyle programme packages.
