Hi, I’m Paul — an experienced UK Leading, Award Winning, Men's Health Nutritionist with over a decade of helping people improve their health, performance, and confidence. 👋

With over a decade of experience as a Registered AfN Nutritionist, a Master’s in Nutrition, Public Health, and Sport, and training in Behavioural Psychology and Counselling Practice, I’ve built my career helping people achieve real results — whether that’s dropping fat without extreme dieting, performing at your peak, or finally feeling energised and in control of your health.

This isn’t about fads, detox teas or weighing spinach.
