I’m one of the UK's Leading Male Registered Nutritionists (MSc, RNutr) based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, and host of one of the UK’s most listened-to nutrition podcasts, No Forking Nonsense, consistently ranked in the national top two and ranking top 20 across the world.

I’m Paul, an award-winning Registered Nutritionist (MSc, RNutr) with over 15 years’ experience across clinical practice, public health, education and sport.
I founded The Nutritionist UK to bridge the gap between high-level nutritional science and real-world application, combining evidence-based practice with behavioural insight so people can finally make changes that last.

You’ll receive structured weekly check-ins alongside direct messaging access. Support is not limited to scheduled calls. Timely feedback, course correction and honest conversations between check-ins are encouraged, because that’s how meaningful progress actually happens.
To protect the quality of my work, all clients are pre-qualified through an initial enquiry and consultation. I work with a limited number of individuals at any one time to ensure depth, focus and results.
