Training, qualifications & experience
- HCPC Registered Dietitian
- BSc Food & Nutrition
- MSc Dietetics at world-renowned King's College London.
NHS Clinical Experience:
- Gastroenterology & Gynaecology: I discovered my passion for gut health and women’s health and specialise in these two areas at Royal London Hospital. I provided dietetic care to patients with a wide range of gastric and gynaecological conditions, including bowel obstructions, liver disease, women's health issues, pregnancy complications, intestinal failure, and functional gut disorders such as IBS.
- Neuroscience & Trauma: In my early career, I worked as the sole trauma dietitian for London’s busiest Major Trauma Centre. I also covered their neuroscience and neuro-rehabilitation wards. It’s here I provided acute lifesaving nutrition to those most vulnerable.
- Cardiology: I started my dietetic career in cardiology and cardiothoracics at St Bartholomew's Hospital, located in the heart of London, renowned for being one of Europe’s largest cardiovascular centres.
Private practice experience: Alongside my NHS work, I have always seen clients in private practice for IBS and gut health dietetic support.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
