About me
You may be eating well, exercising regularly and genuinely trying to look after your health, yet still wondering why you don’t feel better.
Perhaps your weight barely moves despite everything you are doing. You feel exhausted, struggle to concentrate, wake up without feeling properly rested, or simply don’t have the energy you used to have.
If you have a thyroid condition, this can be particularly frustrating. Your blood tests may be described as “normal” or “stable”, and you may already be taking medication, yet you still don’t feel like yourself.
Many of the women I work with have already tried a lot: eating carefully, counting calories or macros, exercising more, taking supplements or cutting out foods. Eventually, the question becomes: what am I missing?
My role is to help you make sense of the wider picture. I look at your symptoms alongside your medical history, blood results, nutrient status, digestion, eating patterns, stress, sleep and lifestyle to understand where support may be needed and create a realistic plan around you.
I also live with a thyroid condition myself, so I understand how confusing it can be when what you see on paper doesn’t quite match how you feel.
