About me
I help women whose hormones, metabolism and nutrient status are out of balance often in ways that have gone unexplained for years. Through personalised nutrition, functional testing and a root-cause approach, I support women in understanding what is driving their hormone symptoms and creating sustainable strategies that improve their energy, cycle health and quality of life.

How I Can Help You
Many women are told that painful periods, fatigue, bloating, PMS, heavy bleeding and hormone-related symptoms are normal. But when your cycle starts affecting your work, relationships, confidence and day-to-day life, it becomes much more than a monthly inconvenience.
My clients are often professional women who are used to pushing through, but behind the scenes they are exhausted, dealing with painful or irregular cycles, bloating, mood changes, heavy bleeding, gut symptoms and feeling disconnected from themselves and their bodies. These symptoms are frequently rooted in hormonal, metabolic or nutrient imbalances that have gone overlooked or unexplained for years.
Using a personalised root-cause approach, I help identify what may be driving your symptoms through nutrition, lifestyle assessment and functional hormone and gut health testing where appropriate. Together we create realistic and sustainable strategies that support your hormones, energy, digestion and nutrient status so you stop constantly managing symptoms and start understanding what your body actually needs.

My Approach
I take a root-cause, personalised approach to hormone and metabolic health. Rather than masking symptoms or applying generic advice, I look at the wider picture including nutrition, blood sugar balance, stress, digestion, nutrient status, lifestyle patterns and hormone health to understand what may be driving your symptoms.
Where appropriate, I recommend functional testing including hormone panels and gut health testing to uncover underlying imbalances and create a more targeted support plan.
My goal is to help you understand your body, feel genuinely supported and make sustainable changes that improve your quality of life long term.

Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my training as a Nutritional Therapist through the College of Living Nutrition and I am a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP).
I have undertaken additional specialist training through the Institute of Menstrual Health, with a focus on hormone health, menstrual cycle education, hormone testing and root-cause approaches to women's health conditions. My training includes hormone testing and interpretation, and working with functional lab testing for hormones, gut health and metabolic function.
My additional training and clinical experience includes working with women with conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, thyroid dysfunction, painful periods and other menstrual and metabolic imbalances. My practice is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and functional medicine principles, enabling me to create targeted, personalised strategies based on each client's individual biochemistry and symptoms.
My experience includes clinical practice and clinic observations involving hormonal imbalances, digestive health concerns, metabolic health, nutrient depletions and cycle-related conditions. I regularly engage in continued professional development to stay current with the latest research in hormone health, gut health and women's health.
Prior to transitioning into nutritional therapy, I worked in client services within digital marketing, which shaped my structured, supportive and client-focused approach to care and my use of digital tools to enhance the client experience, and outcomes.
