About me

Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist.

I have been trained to be a detective!! My job is to identify imbalances in your body that are causing reduced vitality or illness.  I seek to uncover the root cause of your loss of health and well-being and then correct it using food-as-medicine,  supplements whilst in addition advising you on how to manage your stress, get a good night's sleep, your exercise and even on your day-to-day thoughts. Are they helping you or hindering your return to full health?

I conduct a comprehensive analysis into your previous medical and health history and I look into the function of all of your physiological systems. After this, I offer you a structured plan, which in all likelyhood will take more than one session, and which will include testing where necessary. Testing will show me where to dig deeper.

My written reports will include key nutritional suggestions, lifestyle advice, recipes, planning, and I will help this journey be one of discovery and fun all whilst you are regaining your health and vitality.

Why not call me for a free 15 minute chat to discuss what you want to acheive with your health goals. I'd love to hear from you!

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified with distinction from the College of Naturopathic Nutrition.

Being Naturopathic means we do not treat symptoms we look for underlying causes, whether these be biotoxins from our environment, insufficient nutrient intake, stress, poor sleep, genetic snps, the list goes on.

I am also trained in interpreting your DNA results from the DNA-Life. Small variations in genetic code can cause large differences in the way our genes function and knowing this information means we can make up for those variations before they lead to ill health. Thus it has great preventative value and we can insure ourselves for the future.

I also have a degree and an MA, both in Philosophy.
