About me

Hello, I'm Natalia, a Polish-born, UK-based HCPC Registered Dietitian with a particular interest in plant-based nutrition and women's health.

I'm passionate about helping people develop healthier eating habits and make positive, lasting changes to their diet. I believe that good nutrition should be enjoyable, practical and flexible, rather than focused on strict rules or restrictive diets.

My approach is evidence-based, personalised and centred around you. I understand that everyone has different nutritional needs, lifestyles and food preferences. Whether you're looking to improve your eating habits, manage a health condition or simply feel more confident about your food choices, my aim is to help you find an approach that works for you.

Having followed a plant-based diet for over 20 years, I bring both personal experience and professional knowledge to my work. I'm particularly interested in helping people explore balanced, varied eating, whether they follow a vegetarian or vegan diet or simply want to include more plant-based foods in their meals.

I'm also passionate about women's health and fertility nutrition, particularly how nutrition can support hormonal health and wellbeing through different stages of life, from preparing for pregnancy to menopause.

My goal is to provide practical guidance, ongoing support and encouragement, helping you build confidence in your food choices and develop sustainable habits that support your long-term health and wellbeing.

I offer consultations in both English and Polish

They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001. Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
