About me

Michaella has been on both sides of the table, first as a chronic pain and fatigue client and now as a  multi-award winning nutritionist. Have you been told that your test results are all within range or completely ‘normal’ but you don’t feel right? Are you planning your social life around your symptoms and feeling fed up and confused about what to do with your diet?

  • Get to the root cause of symptoms
  • Clear, sustainable dietary advice
  • No calorie counting!
  • Functional Testing
  • Meal Planning
  • Supplement Plans
  • Unique, personalised advice

I am based across several clinics, video and phone appointments. I offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation before your first appointment. You can call me on 07786 841 333 or if you'd prefer, you can email me to arrange an initial chat.

I also have 28 day meal plans which are a helpful guide to get started with.

During your first consultation, I will build a full picture of your current and past health issues to try to identify factors which may be driving symptoms. We will then discuss your health goals and I will give you a full plan with dietary recommendations. We may also discuss potential testing and supplements at this point.

The suggestions I make are realistic and tailored to you, part of the consultation process will involve a discussion of what is practical and comfortable for you to confidently put in place without feeling overwhelmed.

About Me
Years ago, I developed a chronic pain and fatigue condition, during this time of my life, I felt totally helpless and frustrated with my health. I decided to see if nutritional changes could help manage my condition. Fast forward several years and I am grateful every day that my good health allows me to do the things I love. All that I do in my clinical practice is to try to help others feel that same empowerment and control over their health.

Alongside my clinical practice, I write recipes for magazines and brands as well as corporate talks.

Testimonials
I can honestly say she’s changed my life! I originally went to see Michaella to do hormone testing, which we did and which was an amazing insight into my body and issues, Michaella explained the results really thoroughly and in a way I could totally understand. While we were working on my hormones I messaged Michaella to discuss the fact that I had always suffered with my mental health and did she have any advice? She was very understanding and easy to talk to about this difficult subject, and we have worked on my nervous system with great results ever since. I would and do recommend Michaella to everybody, she is now also treating my husband and my son! Her knowledge of how the body works and how each process interacts is brilliant and I love the fact that my treatment is based on all this rather than just the disease in question.

Michaella puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable discussing issues. She is very much an expert and offers valuable help and advice in many ways. I have been battling my weight for years and with her help have managed to loose several stone. I feel better than I have done in decades. She leaves no stone unturned.

Michaella is very helpful and professional, I highly recommend her! She took her time to look into my issues, getting to the root of the problems and providing plenty of help and recommendations. Well-timed catch ups allows to check progress and adjust treatments. For years I suffered from chronic pains and Michaella’s advice and understanding of the problem really helped me to better deal with all aspects of my illness.

Michaella is a lovely, warm professional who puts you at ease to talk to. She takes the time to fully understand your individual needs and how best to support you holistically. Having consultations with Michaella has been the best thing I have done for both my physical and mental health.
