About me

As a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I am dedicated to getting to the root cause of your health issues. I believe in the bodies innate ability to heal itself given the right conditions. Nutrition is vitally important.

I am a member of professional body BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and registered with CNHC (Complimentary Natural Healthcare Council) both have strict codes of conduct towards education and practice. I am insured to practice in the UK and Ireland.

A consultation with me involves me asking detailed questions about your full medical history, family medical history, diet and lifestyle. I will also ask you to keep a detailed food diary for about a week. Consultations one-one in your home, workplace or at one of my clinic locations.

From gathering all this information, I will then create a unique nutrition plan for you to follow outlining foods to eat, foods to avoid, lifestyle recommendations and perhaps natural supplements and tests if required. Usually, a plan will be reviewed 4-6 weeks later with a follow up consultation. However, I do provide support during this time either by phone or email.

I am also trained in Phlebotomy if you should require blood to be drawn for Functional tests.

Nutritional Therapy can help if you are looking to lose weight, kick start a healthier way of life or struggling with a specific health issue. Find out exactly what you should and should not be eating to support your health.

As well as Nutrition Consultations I offer the following:

Weight loss programmes designed to suit you.

Detoxification 9-week program which includes an initial consultation, recipes, supplements plus guidance and support throughout.

Retreats in collaboration with wellbeing venues.

Please feel free to call me for a free 15 min chat to see how I can help you.
