About me
Dietitian in Esher, Surrey specialising in Gut Health, Cholesterol, Blood Glucose & Healthy Ageing Support
You’ve changed your diet, tried to eat healthier, followed advice — and you still don’t feel quite right.
Many of the people I work with come to me after months or years of trying to improve their health without getting clear answers. They are often left feeling confused about what to eat, frustrated by conflicting advice, or stuck managing symptoms that are not improving.
I am a HCPC-registered dietitian based in Esher, Surrey, helping people understand what is actually driving their symptoms or health concerns and creating a clear, personalised plan that works in real life.
I support people with:
IBS, bloating and digestive symptoms
High cholesterol and heart health concerns
Prediabetes and blood glucose management
Low energy and nutrition for active lifestyles
Healthy ageing, strength and maintaining independence
Nutrition support when previous approaches haven’t worked.
Rather than focusing on restrictive diets or generic meal plans, my approach is structured, practical and tailored to the individual. Together, we look at lifestyle, symptoms, eating habits and health goals to identify what may be getting in the way of progress.
Many clients come to me after trying multiple approaches on their own. Within weeks, we are often able to identify patterns and simplify things, helping them feel more confident about food and start seeing meaningful improvements in symptoms, energy and overall health.
I work across both NHS and private practice and support clients across Esher, Weybridge, Cobham and Surrey, as well as online across the UK.
If you feel like you’ve tried everything and are still not getting the results you want, a personalised and structured approach can make a significant difference. You are welcome to get in touch or arrange a free discovery call to see if this feels like the right fit for you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
