Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Initial Consultation - What to Expect
Your journey towards better health begins with a comprehensive initial consultation, designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and create a personalised plan that works for you.

Before the appointment you’ll be asked to complete a short food diary. This gives me insight into your current diet and eating habits.

The Consultation (60-90 minutes)
In the one-on-one session either in person or online - we’ll explore your health in depth.

We’ll talk about:

  • Your symptoms, concerns, and wellness goals
  • Medical, family history
  • Current diet and eating habits
  • In-depth symptoms with different bodily systems (Example: Digestive, immune, endocrine systems).
  • Your relationship with food and lifestyle habits
  • Any potential nutrient imbalances or areas for support

By addressing the root causes, not just the symptoms, I help you build lasting improvements in energy, balance, and wellbeing.

Your Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan
(2-3 days after initial consultation)

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a fully tailored plan that will include:

  • Nutritional guidance and practical meal suggestions
  • Supplement recommendations (If appropriate)
  • Lifestyle advice around sleep, movement and stress
