Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

Having had my own personal struggles with infertility over a number of years, I realised there was a lot of misinformation about fertility nutrition which caused additional stress on an already very emotional experience. Every fertility journey is different and I will ensure the advice you receive will be specific to your needs and goals.

As an HCPC registered dietitian with over 20 years experience I can provide evidenced based individualised nutritional advice.

A critical part in preparing for pregnancy is to consider the importance of good nutrition. By focusing on nutrition and lifestyle I can help to optimise various aspects of fertility including egg quality, sperm quality, implantation and in the management of PCOS and endometriosis. These changes can help whether trying to conceive naturally or when preparing for fertility treatments including egg freezing.

I offer a free 15 minute discovery call to see how I can best support you on your fertility journey.

I provide an online clinic via a secure platform. Prior to initial appointment I send a detailed pre consultation form to ensure you get the most out of the consultation. Following the consultation you will receive a written personalised plan. I only accept a limited number of clients each month so I can provide you with the support needed.
