About me
I'm Lucy Jade, a Registered Nutritionist specialising in women's health and behaviour change.
I support women who are tired of restrictive dieting and want a more balanced, realistic approach to nutrition. My aim is to help clients build confidence around food, improve their relationship with eating, and develop sustainable habits that support their long-term health and wellbeing.
I understand that nutrition can feel overwhelming, particularly with the amount of conflicting information available online. My approach focuses on practical, evidence-based advice that fits into real life, without strict rules, meal plans, or perfectionism.
Alongside supporting clients with general nutrition, I have a particular interest in women's health and regularly work with women navigating concerns such as energy levels, cravings, weight management, and body confidence.
Every client receives personalised support tailored to their goals, lifestyle, and individual circumstances. My coaching style is supportive, non-judgemental, and focused on helping clients create lasting changes that feel achievable and enjoyable.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a First Class BSc from University College Birmingham in Applied Food and Nutrition and I graduated back in 2019.
I am accredited with the Association for Nutrition as a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr). I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertake further training to ensure my advice and support remains evidence-based and up to date.
Since I graduated I have worked with hundreds of women at various stages in their life, both in person and online, all with a empathetic view and personalised habits to get them to their goal.
