About me

As a registered London-based nutritional therapist (Dip CNM, mBANT, mCNHC)  I help people thrive through the power of personalised nutrition.
I see the body as one and understand how all systems are connected; my work is focused on bringing balance through dietary changes, nutrients and lifestyle suggestions, finding the root causes of my patients health concerns and overcome them.

I am a food lover, so my plans are focused on introducing foods and nutrients rather than excluding them. Through nutrition and professional guidance I can help you thrive and fall in love with food again!

Areas I can help with are:

  • Fatigue and low mood
  • Diabetic conditions and blood sugar imbalances
  • Weight management and sports nutrition
  • Gut issues, including SIBO, I B S and I B S symptoms
  • Thyroid and hormonal health
  • P C O S
  • Navigating plant-based diets and food intolerances

What happens next?

The first step is to book a Free Discovery Call with me. This is where I will listen to your story and discuss the best approach we can take. During our 15 minute call, feel free to ask any questions on how the process works and how I can help you achieve your goals.

To book in for your Free Discovery Call, please send me an email today.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
