Registered Nutritional Therapist, Dip CNM, mBANT, mCNHC

About me

I’m Lucia, a London-based Registered Nutritional Therapist (Dip CNM, mBANT, mCNHC) and member of the Royal Society of Medicine. I support clients who want to understand their health more deeply and move away from one-size-fits-all advice, using personalised, science-backed nutrition.

My work is rooted in functional medicine principles and guided by detailed clinical assessment, functional testing, and genetic insights. I combine this with a realistic, compassionate approach, helping you translate complex science into practical strategies that fit real life.

I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing ongoing complex gut issues, hormonal imbalances, histamine intolerance and MCAS, blood sugar dysregulation, and noticing lower energy , fatigue or fluctuating wellbeing. I also work with clients who simply want to optimise their health, resilience, and long-term vitality.

Each programme is fully bespoke, evidence-led, and designed to empower you with a clear understanding of what your body needs to achieve sustainable, meaningful change.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
