About me
I’m a BANT-Registered Nutritional Therapist, Specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and child nutrition.
Food Science Background: Degree in Food Science with 10+ years in the food industry developing recipes for supermarkets.
Personal Experience: As a parent in a neurodivergent household, I bring first-hand insight into managing mealtime challenges, including picky eating, sensory sensitivities, and food-related anxieties. I've personally implemented nutritional strategies to help my family thrive and build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food."
Who I Support
- Pregnant & Postnatal Women: I’m passionate about supporting mums and babies during the crucial first 1,000 days, from pregnancy through to toddlerhood. Through one to one support and attending pregnancy and postnatal groups, I offer gentle, evidence-based nutritional support to help both mum and baby feel nourished, supported, and set up to thrive.
- Parents beginning their weaning journey or facing a few bumps along the way: providing gentle guidance to help make this stage feel less overwhelming and more enjoyable. With the right support, families can build a positive, stress-free relationship with food from the very beginning, laying the foundation for lifelong healthy eating habits
- Parents of Fussy Eaters: I support families in reducing mealtime stress and making food feel less like a battle and more like a bonding experience. With a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, I help parents understand the reasons behind picky eating and offer practical, realistic strategies to gently encourage a more varied, nutrient-rich diet, while protecting a child’s autonomy and relationship with food.
- Neurodivergent Children: I focus on gut health, sensory sensitivities, and creating a positive relationship with food. Understanding that every child experiences the world differently, I tailor nutritional guidance to meet individual needs, whether that means navigating food aversions, supporting focus and mood through diet, or making mealtimes feel safe and predictable. My goal is to empower families with tools and knowledge that respect each child’s unique wiring while promoting overall well-being and development.
