Further information
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience to my work. I have personally navigated IVF, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. After a successful fourth round of IVF, I am now a mum to twins. This gives me a unique perspective on the medical, emotional, and practical challenges women may face, which I combine with evidence-based nutrition to offer support that is both empathetic and effective.
I am passionate about making nutrition accessible, practical, and empowering, whether through one-to-one coaching, workshops, talks, or resources. I also enjoy collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and businesses to design and deliver impactful programmes that improve women’s health and wellbeing at every stage of life.
