About me

Are you ready improve your health and well-being? I know how busy life can be, and convenience is important. My approach is to recommend practical and simple changes that fit in with YOUR life to support energy, well-being, weight-loss, digestion and many other health concerns. Working on a one-to-one basis, you are in control of your health goals.

I’m passionate about food and healthy eating, and I love helping my clients feel the very best they can! I decided to train as a Nutritional Therapist as I was fascinated by the power of good food and how it can positively support our bodies and our health.

I have successfully supported clients all over the UK with a range of health issues such as weight-loss, digestion, energy, hormone health and sleep problems. Each and every client is unique so by working on the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms, together we can come up with a personalised programme to help support your specific symptoms and health goals.

I see clients across two clinics, one in Staffordshire and one in Cheshire and I welcome clients at my nutrition clinics in person. I can also provide online consultations to clients anywhere in the UK.
