About me
Are you ready improve your health and well-being? If you have been experiencing ongoing, chronic health symptoms for some time, and are struggling to find the answers as to why, I can support you on your journey to better health.
I have successfully supported clients with a range of health issues including poor digestion, pain, bloating, low energy, hormone health, PMOS, blood sugar balance, weight-loss, UTIs, sleep problems and autoimmune conditions, including Hashimoto's. Every client is unique, so by working on the underlying causes, we can develop a personalised programme to help support your specific symptoms and health goals.
I know how busy life can be, and convenience is important. My approach is to recommend practical and simple changes that fit into your life to support energy, well-being, weight loss, digestion, and many other health concerns. Working on a one-to-one basis, you are in control of your health goals.
As your Nutritional Therapist, I will take a comprehensive and personalised approach to your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. By working with you in this way I will help you:
- Identify the root cause of your ongoing, chronic health symptoms by getting to know you and investigating what may be causing your health issues. This may include functional nutrition testing if required.
- Focus on eating for long-term health. This will reduce the need for long-term medications and surgeries saving money, time and further poor health in the future.
- By providing you with the knowledge and the tools to create lasting healthy habits.
