About me

My name is Leanne Clary and I am a registered, fully insured Nutritional Therapist specialising in women’s health, hormonal wellbeing, and gut health.

I take a root-cause approach to health, looking beyond symptoms to understand the underlying imbalances that may be preventing the body from functioning optimally. Rather than focusing purely on weight loss, I support women in understanding how factors such as hormones, digestion, stress, blood sugar balance, lifestyle, and nutrition are all connected.

Many women experience ongoing symptoms that can impact everyday life, including hormonal fluctuations, bloating, low energy, disrupted sleep, and changes in metabolism. Modern life, stress, under-fuelling, over-exercising, poor sleep, and the demands of motherhood can all place additional pressure on the body and affect overall wellbeing.

I support women with:

Hormonal wellbeing: monthly hormonal fluctuations, irregular cycles, skin concerns, mood changes, and support through midlife hormonal transitions
Gut health support: bloating, reflux, sluggish digestion, and supporting a healthy digestive system
Energy and wellbeing: low energy, energy dips, difficulty switching off, and supporting restorative sleep
Metabolic health: understanding the factors that may contribute to weight changes, blood sugar imbalance, and overall metabolic wellbeing
Blood sugar support: nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support healthy blood sugar balance
Postnatal wellbeing: nutritional support after pregnancy, breastfeeding support, sleep disruption, and recovery support
I am passionate about helping women make sense of their symptoms and feel more in control of their health at every stage of life.

Through one-to-one nutritional therapy consultations, I provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, practical meal guidance, ongoing support, and accountability to help clients create sustainable, realistic changes that fit into everyday life.
