About me

I’m Laura, a registered Naturopath (ND), Nutritional Therapist, Kinesiologist, and Therapist with a passion for supporting people through a whole-person approach to health and wellbeing. An ambivert, keen gardener, cook, and cat lover, I’m a strong advocate of seasonal, local, and organic eating, believing that the way we live and the food we choose can deeply influence our vitality.

My work integrates the disciplines I am trained in, combining:

  • Coaching and therapies – NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, IEMT, and Metapsychology
  • Naturopathy – Traditional Medicine, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Homotoxicology, and SIBO Doctor approaches
  • Kinesiology and Retained Primary Reflexes

At the core of my practice is the philosophy of naturopathy: recognising the innate healing power of nature and the body’s ability to restore balance. I see symptoms not in isolation, but as unique expressions of physical, emotional, environmental, or genetic stress factors. By exploring your case history, family background, lifestyle, and diet, I seek to uncover the root causes of discomfort and support your self-healing capacity.

Naturopathic nutrition is central to this journey. Food, when chosen and prepared with intention, becomes a tool for healing, restoring vitality, correcting deficiencies, and improving underlying health rather than merely managing symptoms. Many clients find that dietary and lifestyle changes not only ease their immediate concerns but also bring broader benefits such as improved energy, calmer moods, and healthier skin.

Working together begins with a detailed questionnaire, food diary, and case history, which I review before drafting your individualised protocol. Our first consultation focuses on exploring your story and identifying the areas most in need of support. Protocols typically last around eight weeks, with follow-up sessions recommended at 4–6 weeks to track progress and make adjustments where needed.

For deeper insight, I also offer a premium wellbeing package that combines your initial naturopathic review with a full Kinesiology wheel balance, an MOT for mind and body. This approach helps identify nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities, and subtle imbalances, offering a truly comprehensive picture of your health.

Whether through naturopathy, kinesiology, or therapeutic coaching, my goal is always the same: to empower you with knowledge, tools, and personalised support so that you can create lasting balance, resilience, and vitality in your life.
