About me

With 15 years of experience and an honours degree in nutritional medicine, I can determine the best ways to help overcome any health complaints you may have or help you lose weight, boost your energy levels, and enhance your digestion, hormonal health, fertility and much more. I am available daytime, evenings and some Saturdays and offer a a free initial chat. You can meet with me in person or via telephone/skype/zoom and the premises are child-friendly. (See The Process section below for what it entails).

The purpose of nutritional therapy is ultimately to address the root of the problem, instead of just treating symptoms. And just as no two people will have the exact same issues, no dietary programme will be exactly the same - I will tailor an individualised dietary programme (included in the first consultation fee) taking into account your situation, budget and lifestyle. I take the guesswork away with targeted treatment, and guide you through what you personally should and shouldn’t be eating. My approach is sympathetic and warm, as I genuinely care deeply about helping my clients feel better, having helped hundreds of people over the years. Your health is such an important investment and I feel honored to help people make a difference to their well-being.

What I treat

I am trained to help support all manner of conditions (http://www.eatyourselftohealth.com/ailments.html), but some of my main areas of expertise include digestion, weight management, energy issues, skin, immune issues, reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, sleep problems and hormone imbalances.

And as a busy mother with two young, energetic (but delightful!) boys, I also know the demands of modern life, and find it very rewarding helping people under stress and with stress-related conditions and mood disorders.

Lastly, with my extensive experience in helping clients with weight-loss, I also advise on how to help tackle emotional and comfort eating, if relevant.

Testimonials from my clients

The process

* Book a consultation with me by phone or email. Please feel free to call me for a free initial chat, where we can establish your needs.

* You will then receive a confirmation email, directions and a questionnaire, to bring with you filled out to the initial consultation, so we can hit the ground running.

* In the hour-long consultation, we talk about your objectives, and we go through your questionnaire in more detail and look at areas such as your eating habits, lifestyle, medical history and any obstacles you feel you have in making dietary changes. We then explore what your plan would entail and why I suggest particular changes.

For more information about what a first consultation might entail, see http://www.eatyourselftohealth.com/consultation.html

The nutritional plan

You will be emailed an individualised plan within 48 hours of the consultation, as part of the initial fee.

I always strive to ensure the nutritional plan is realistic, effective and enjoyable and provide plenty of support and encouragement, such as meal plans, shopping lists and recipes, if required.

The follow up

A follow up session is normally 3-6 weeks later. I always recommend a minimum of 2 consultations in total (a follow up takes 45 mins) to see how you are responding, make adjustments, arrange any tests (if appropriate) and monitor weight loss (if appropriate). Some people require more frequent and regular sessions but it depends on your needs and budget.

I can also help navigate the maze of which supplements you should or shouldn’t be taking, having worked for a reputable supplement company for 5 years.

Weight-Shift Club

As well as one to one consultations, I have devised & run a successful 6 week programme in S.E London. Please visit the site to see some of the before and after photos. If you would like me to run this programme, please contact me, I would need a minimum of 6 individuals wishing to take part.
